How to Share an Appraisal Report

Appraisal Bureau makes it easy to securely share report PDFs with other users.

To share a report

  1. Generate the report
    More information on Generating Appraisal Reports here

  2. Navigate to “Reports”
    From the left-hand navigation panel, click Reports

  3. Click “View” on the report you want to share
    This opens the detailed report page.

  4. Scroll to the “Access Management” section
    You’ll find this section toward the bottom of the page

  5. Add the email address of the user you’d like to share with
    This sends them a direct invitation to accept or reject access to the report.

    Note: Sharing is user-to-user. There are no permission levels—all shared users have the same level of access.

What the recipient sees

  • The recipient will receive a notification that a report has been shared with them.

  • They must go to their Invitations page, select the Reports tab, and choose to Accept or Reject the shared report.

Where shared reports live

  • Once accepted, the report appears in the recipient’s Shared Reports folder in the left hand navigation bar.

  • Shared Reports are user-specific, not tied to a workspace.

That’s it—sharing reports is simple, secure, and streamlined.
