How to Share Artworks
Artworks can be shared in two ways:
From the Portfolio Page: Select one or more artworks and click the Share button.
From an Individual Artwork Page: Navigate to the specific artwork and click Share.
Selecting a Service Provider
To share access with a Service Provider:
Begin typing the organization name of the provider.
If they have an account on the platform, their name will auto-populate in the dropdown.
Select the organization.
Enter the email address of your contact within that organization.
Choose the desired level of access for the artwork(s).
Receiving and Managing Invitations
Service Providers can manage shared artworks by clicking Invitations in the left-hand navigation bar. From there, they may:
Accept the shared artwork
Reject the invitation
Block further sharing from that Art Owner
